Justin Lawrence
Executive Director of Operations
Justin is the Executive Director of Operations at Elmhurst CRC.
Justin ensures that all church ministries run smoothly. He joined Elmhurst CRC in 2024 after a 20-year career in Christian publishing, most recently serving as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at InterVarsity Press in Downers Grove.
Justin holds an MBA from Grand Valley State University in Michigan and a Master of Christian Studies from Regent College in Vancouver, Canada.
In his free time, Justin enjoys American soccer, sailing on the Great Lakes, and permaculture gardening. He has visited 49 states and nine provinces. Justin is married to Joy, a pastor in the Evangelical Covenant Church, and they live in Willowbrook with their two children.
