Message: Jesus Loves Me... Then What?
John 11:1-44 - with Pastor Gregg DeMey
The reality that Jesus "loves" his friends Mary, Martha, and Lazarus is mentioned three times in John 11. In this seventh and final sign of his ministry - amidst sickness, grief, and tears - Jesus introduces resurrection into the human experience.

Jesus honors the experience of human grief while demonstrating the resurrection realities of the Kingdom.

Q: Where in my life does it seem like Jesus is waiting right now? Where is Jesus speaking a word of resurrection?

Key verses John 11: 5, 3, 35-36
5 Now Jesus loved Martha and her sister and Lazarus.
3 So the sisters sent word to Jesus, “Lord, the one you love is sick.”
35-37 Jesus wept.
36 Then the Jews said, “See how he loved him!
