Who might God be calling to serve our church?
We invite you to prayerfully consider who God may be calling to serve among us. Think about the people whose character, gifts, and care for others could may equip them to serve our church as Deacons, Elders, or Senior Leadership Team members.
What does each role call for?
Deacons: compassion, care, and a heart for serving others
Elders: spiritual maturity, shepherding, and a commitment to teaching and guiding
Senior Leadership Team: leadership, discernment, and administrative gifts
These qualities reflect our church’s criteria and the biblical qualifications for church leadership, including those outlined in 1 Timothy 3:1–17. All three offices are open to active, professing members.
